Talons Square Residential is a conceptual development designed from minimalist perspective. The development offers an approach of constructing multi-level undulating residential designs that incorporate customizable sections, while offering multiple exterior views, with access to outdoor living within each domicile.

 The exterior palette of the residences has a combination of brushed metals, concrete and stone aligned with varying finish and trim applications for a modern minimalistic structure and framework. It is intended to offer its residents ease of access in a futuristic setting.



MOD 2022 FEBRUARY II HAWTHORNE LAKES RESIDENTIAL

Hawthorne Lakes Residential is a development concept planned in a lake community with front and rear access, emulating the ambiance of a summer and winter residential abode.

The exterior palette for the homes in this development have a combination of rustic and modern materials, structure and framework. The natural tones of the woodwork alongside complementary sidings, panels, stone and trim work have spacious terraces with lake access and is intended to create an atmosphere of summer recreation and indoor/ outdoor living.

Four spacious residences surround the lake and is nestled on approximately 4.3 acres of land.  Residents enjoy private lake access, and each home is adorned with its own boat dock and options for lower and ground level garage.  

The community shares a private entrance, drives and a recreation park with plenty of options for outdoor exercise, communing and special events.

The Château de paix, d'harmonie et au coeur d'une maison is conceptually planned and designed as a residential redevelopment in the western regions of Europe.

The developments’ structure, palette, and materials are embellished with the repurpose of the original stone structure and is intended to be aligned with the architectural and functional use concepts combining a chateau, castle, and modern home.

The entrance of the development greets residents with a moated bridge encased in area stone and double gated entry, adding to the palatial appearance of the chateau that encompasses approximately four acres of land.



MOD 2022 JANUARY II ATHENA’S OCEANIC ESTATES

The second in a series of themed conceptual developments, Athena’s Oceanic Estates is planned and designed with southern European demographics as the backdrop.

The north and south sections of this residential development design have seven two-story residences aligning themselves along the Mediterranean.

The residences, designed with the concept of incorporating the seascape into the design, embraces an overwater and recreational facet to the residential community.

The exterior entry elevations reflect the historical architectural concepts, while allowing customizable interior designs. The development encompasses approximately three acres of residential and four acres of seascape landscape design.

La CasaVilla Residential Estates is conceptually planned and designed with central and south american demographics in mind. The development structure, palette and material collaborations are intended to be aligned with historical architectural concepts of those demographics, into newly design modernized residential developments.

The north and south sections of the development have four and five single and two-story structures, respectively. The residences are designed to reflect a streetscape community with exterior entry elevations be spoken to reflect customizable tiles and interior designs. The development encompasses approximately 10 acres of land and the projected goals are to embrace residential and community engagement.
